How to Get the Smart Indonesia Program Card


In article 12 of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) Number 10 of 2020 it is explained that:

Those who manage the Smart Indonesia Program at the education unit level are schools, universities, learning activity studios, community learning activity centers, or designated course and training institutions, with details of the tasks below:
  1. Propose potential recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program in accordance with the applicable conditions;
  2. Checking and assisting the smooth process of taking the Smart Indonesia Program; and
  3. Accept children aged 6 (six) years to 21 (twenty one) years old who are holders of the Smart Indonesia Program who have not/dropped out of school.
The prospective recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a will be proposed to the work unit in the Ministry in charge of education financing services through the administrator of the Smart Indonesia Program at the provincial, district/city level, or Higher Education Service Institutions in accordance with their respective authorities.
